Yeah I Wrote This!

It looks like our government has forgotten, or does not have the political will, or man power to accomplish such feats. Sad to say, it looks as if they don’t even have a plan, be it 5 years or 10 year plan to achieve some of the things we need fix from yesterday.

Education: Carl is trying is best; but clearly his best isn’t good enough. I want to know his plan. Yorick say’s boarding schools for the youth. Carl smiles and says nothing. Some say longer school hours. Carl says nothing. Sunny and Concern say magnit/privatized schools. i.e. similar to the old Government high. But Carl is quiet. What is your plan man. Can something meaningful happen within this 5 year term? Or do we have to vote you in one more term to see the begining of change. I feel like yall holding me hostage.

Immigration: Branville, seems to be working hard. Every day you hear 6 immigrants get catch. However, we have a guessimation of 70k illegal immigrants living in the Bahamas. Surely it can’t be that hard to find them. They all over the place. They at the hospitals, at the schools, at the clinics over PI, they own carmichael, the have they own settlement in the mud and pegion cay. Come one Bran, stop playing with our emotions.

Crime: Tommy, Tommy, Tommy. I know you mean well. So I aint ga hit you hard. It aint your fault. However, your police force is constantly accused for brutality, and corruption. Something wrong dread. Clean house. Plus we need a commissioner of police, not no acting. Yall need to make up yall minds.

Judicial system: Michael B. A smart man they say. But is he truly effective? Ah nope. Not when, the Court houses are being deemed condemned. There are cases that has been back logged since jabim. The judges them aren’t happy and claim they under paid and the system just seems to take so freaking long. Not when rapist and murderers does get bail and wreak havoc on the public. Something wrong man. Imagine the society where we have wanting police and an inept judical system.

The economy: Well, some say its based on the US. However, Bahamians have been asking/suggesting that we diversify for years. Ah we aint no closer than we were under the Pindling regime. Be honest people. Farming aint working for us. We always talking about it. But has it really improved. Bahamians just need to start growing the vegetable in the back of their yards again. But on the real though. Hubert, Zhivargo, where we headed man? What direction you see us going. By the way, thanks for EPA. That ga really help us. It aint like we will all of a sudden get excited and start being productive over night. At least if we did sign CSME, we might have had gained some people who actually want to work.

Tourism: Vinnie, Vinnie, vinnie. How can you market a product that needs to be worked upon. You putting the cart before the horse. Fix up Bay Street. Fix the straw Market. Put bathrooms on beaches, fix up the forts, Fix the fish fry, create Bahamian tours, and modernize some of the family island to have electricity and running water first. OH yeah, the entire country needs to attend Bahama Host, free of charge, or near free.
